Calorcito, cenar cuando a\u00fan hay luz del sol, sobremesas interminables, reencuentros con amigos, piel morena… el verano es sin duda mi estaci\u00f3n favorita del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Me puedo tirar horas en la playa con un libro o con m\u00fasica, sola o con amigos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Este a\u00f1o, adem\u00e1s, me ha dado por organizar cenas de amigos en casa y probar recetas nuevas para todos los gustos. As\u00ed que, ya que estamos en agosto, os voy a compartir mis tres recetas favoritas para este tipo de eventos, para que pod\u00e1is invitar a vuestros amigos a casa y no poner el t\u00edpico guacamole del Mercadona, bolsa de patatas y gazpacho de bote (que de vez en cuando no est\u00e1 mal, pero vamos a intentar ser un poco originales – aunque sin complicarnos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Las recetas que os voy a compartir he querido que sean muy simples para que no haya excusa y todos podamos hacerlas. Recetas sencillas y llenas de color, que al final el verano es eso. Y todas para compartir – aunque no prometo que no quer\u00e1is hacerlas para vosotros solos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Lo primero, en mis cenas nunca falta un \\”dip\\” acompa\u00f1ado de crudit\u00e9s, pan o alg\u00fan tipo de nacho; son de las cosas m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de preparar para compartir e incluso para llevar si la cena es en casa de otro – para los que se quieran ahorrar limpiar una vez los dem\u00e1s se vayan… y aunque el hummus y el guacamole nos gustan a todos, ya est\u00e1n muy vistos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As\u00ed que os propongo que prepar\u00e9is un babaganoush, un plato t\u00edpico de la cocina \u00e1rabe que normalmente se prepara con berenjena, pero que a mi me gusta mucho con calabac\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Para esta receta utilic\u00e9:<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3 calabacines medianos<\/p>\n\n\n\n un diente de ajo<\/p>\n\n\n\n dos cucharadas de tahin<\/p>\n\n\n\n zumo de un lim\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n aceite, sal y pimienta<\/p>\n\n\n\n Calorcito, cenar cuando a\u00fan hay luz del sol, sobremesas interminables, reencuentros con amigos, piel morena… el verano es sin duda mi estaci\u00f3n favorita del a\u00f1o.
